Shooting Rain

I looked out the window and the rain was pelting down against the ground.  Drip drop drip drop the rain started shooting on our roof.  We wanted to go to P.E but it was too rainy ((  Ow man )) that is just annoying.  Finally it was time to go home.  When I was having dinner I heard lightning I got really scared because I thought my house was falling down.  When I went to bed I could not get to sleep until 10 : 30 pm.
